Flagwise provides technical pattern analysis on Indian-equity OHLCV data for educational purposes only. Outputs are observations of historical price and volume behaviour. They are not investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any security.

Not a registered investment adviser

Flagwise is not registered with SEBI or any other regulator as an investment adviser, research analyst, or portfolio manager.

Use at your own risk

You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make. Past patterns do not predict future returns. Markets can move against any pattern, and you can lose more than you invested in leveraged products.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer the analysis pipeline or scrape its outputs at scale.
• Share your account credentials.
• Use the tool to harass other users or to conduct illegal activity.

Service availability

Flagwise is a personal-budget project hosted on free-tier infrastructure. We make no uptime guarantees. The service may be paused, throttled, or shut down without notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims all liability for losses arising from your use of Flagwise. You acknowledge that pattern analysis is a heuristic, not a forecast.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
