Flagwise runs technical pattern analysis on Indian-equity price and volume data, for educational purposes only. Its outputs describe past behaviour. They are not investment advice, recommendations, or an offer to buy or sell any security.

Not a registered adviser

Flagwise is not registered with SEBI or any regulator as an investment adviser, research analyst, or portfolio manager.

Use at your own risk

Your trading decisions are yours alone. Past patterns do not predict future returns, markets can move against any pattern, and leveraged products can lose more than you put in.

Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer or bulk-scrape the analysis, share your account credentials, or use Flagwise to harass others or for illegal activity.

Availability

Flagwise is a personal-budget project on free-tier infrastructure. There is no uptime guarantee; it may be paused, throttled, or shut down without notice.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, the operator disclaims all liability for losses arising from your use of Flagwise. Pattern analysis is a heuristic, not a forecast.
